...and then there was silence...

Seems like 2co has joined the club on not answering any questions regarding Medison. They haven't commented or answered anything about the shipping notices or anything else asked on their forums since Friday. I have asked the following questions on their forum without any answers:

"kirstin said: "The order form *will* be corrected. Unfortunately, my point team on resolving many inquiries was collectively unavailable but you'll see the some presentment changes and clarification made soon."
How do you deifne soon? Almost two weeks since you wrote that now, and over four weeks since Valdi said that everyone had to pay for shipping. The only shipping option on your order page is still "Scandinavia FREE""

and

"Is it possible to get an answer on if any orders has been marked as shipped or not? Just sound a bit strange to me since you earlier said:"We've been really supportive and responsive to many questions but, at the end of the process, customers who ordered and have not already canceled will receive one of two communications from 2CO:
a). We're canceling your order, or;b). Your order is ready to be shipped -- please reauthorize this sale.
THAT is what it all boils down to. "
A shipping confirmation without any tracking number doesn't match any of those alternatives."

I wonder why they doesn't answer with just a confirmation or denial at least, wouldn't be too hard?

Anyway, three days to go until the first Medison-computers will be delivered (Valdis own words) so I wonder what will happen next, and how Valdi will get words out any further delays...

There's silence, tommy, since they have more work than torturing a tired story.

Also I bet they're in talk with Medison right now regarding the whole story.

Shouldn't 'The Talks' only take an hour or so, followed by a fax to clear everything up?

Every day this drags on dims the hope of any legitimacy.

Yeah, the thing is that they have been quite fast in their responses earlier, and as I wrote, it's a quite easy question to answer. And since the persons who claims to have recived the e-mails also had their money withdrawn, it makes the question one of the most important ones until now.

"And since the persons who claims to have recived the e-mails also had their money withdrawn"

Do we know if this actually happened or it's all just claims of anonymous posters?

See my previous blog-entry, the e-mails are trustworth, but the posters are semi-anonymous. This is why it's important for 2co to answer this simple questions, it should take less then a minute to check in their system and post a yes or no on their board.

And since 2co's system works in that way, the money are withdrawn when the order has been marked as shipped in their system, it would be safe to assume that their money has been withdrawn if the e-mails are real.

At least we know that 2co have a risk department and award high risk points to merchants that supply incorrect tracking information. I think we can be pretty sure 2co are monitoring the Medison deliveries. One reason for being quiet might be if they are preparing for possible legal action. Then there would be risk in any public 2co comments made regarding Medison. They would have be better off keeping quiet.

Legal action: why, are they stupid. There would be nothing to gain from legal actions against a delusional man and his entourage.

Legal action against Medison.

What would they get out of it. A free laptop with a removed sticker?

Remember: the company has no cash, no assets, no property, nothing. That's from the official information.

2CO should only go into this if they want to lose more money than they already virtually did by having to (sooner or later) refund thousands of orders and not collect fee for either operation, or all the support requests they serviced so far.
